Dromora — Terms of Use

Effective date: 28 August 2026

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and BIS, CVR no. 45318672, Horsens, Denmark ("we", "us") for the use of the Dromora iPhone app and the service behind it. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.

How we handle your data is covered separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

1. What Dromora is

Dromora is an EV route planner. You tell it where you are going; it works out where to charge, for how long, and what you will arrive with.

Dromora is not a navigation app. It does not give turn-by-turn directions. When you are ready to drive, it hands the route to the Tesla app, which navigates.

Everything Dromora shows you — arrival battery percentage, charging duration, cost, whether a charger is free — is a prediction based on models and third-party data. Predictions are wrong sometimes. Weather, traffic, elevation, driving style, battery age, a broken charger, or a queue can all change the outcome.

2. Safety — read this one

3. Your account

4. Connecting a Tesla

Connecting a vehicle is optional.

5. What you may not do

Do not:

We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of these. Except where we must act immediately to protect the service or other users, we will tell you why before suspending or terminating your account, and you can respond to [email protected].

6. Price

Dromora is currently free to use.

If we introduce paid features in future:

Charging itself is paid to the charging network, never to us.

7. Ownership and licence

Dromora uses third-party data and open-source software under their own licences:

These attributions are also shown inside the app.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may need to take the service down for maintenance. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, your statutory rights are not affected by anything below.

Subject to that:

10. Termination

You may stop using Dromora at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service. Sections 7, 9, 12, and 14 survive termination.

11. Apple-specific terms

These apply because Dromora is distributed through the App Store:

  1. This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  2. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  3. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  4. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims under consumer-protection or privacy law.
  5. If a third party claims the app infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
  6. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  7. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts. We will bring any proceedings against a consumer only in the courts of the country where they live.

If you have a complaint, email [email protected] first — most things are settled that way. If we cannot resolve it and you are a consumer in Denmark, you can bring it to Center for Klageløsning and, if it remains unresolved, to Forbrugerklagenævnet — both at Nævnenes Hus, https://naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU/EEA country, you may instead use the consumer dispute-resolution body in your own country.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for changes that materially affect your rights, notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Dromora after that means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially affects your rights and you do not accept it, you may delete your account before it takes effect, at no cost.
